About us
Hareid Fjordsauna is located in Hareid Marina, a short walk from Hareid town centre. Our sauna offers a unique Nordic retreat, where you can enjoy the sauna’s relaxing heat while feasting your eyes on the stunning fjord landscape.
Services
The sauna is a self-service sauna open 365 days a year from 10 am to 9 pm. You can book a private session for up to 12 people, or you can use our shared sauna option. The sauna comes with access to a relaxation room, toilets and showers and a roof terrace. In our sauna, you can also purchase tea, coffee, or choose a refreshing drink to make your experience even more enjoyable. Visitors will receive a four-digit pin-code to access the building for the time they have booked the sauna.
Shared sauna
Come alone or with friends, and enjoy the sauna experience with other sauna enthusiasts.
Age limit: 12 years. We suggest booking a private sessions for families with younger kids

We kindly ask you to read and follow our guidelines for your own and other
guests’ safety and well-being
General rules
The sauna session has a duration of 2 hours. Note that the time for the sauna experience includes the time you spend in the changing room on arrival and departure
Swimming and use of sauna is at your own risk. Do not swim alone in the fjord.
Please dispose of any litter in the available bins and remove all your items from the sauna and service building before you leave

Age restriction
We have no age restrictions for private sauna, but children must be accompanied by an adult. All activities related to bathing and sauna usage are at your own risk.

Cancel and change reservation
Cancellation and change must be made no later than 24 hours before the booked time.
If cancelled later than 24 hours before, there is no refund. Cancellation and change must be reported by e-mail to marina@hareid.kommune.no
The right of withdrawal for services does not apply to individual services that are valid at a specific time or within a specific period, cf. Right of Withdrawal Act § 19.
Sauna Prohibitions: What not to do

Breaking glass/bottles is prohibited.

Alcohol and smoking in not permitted in or around the sauna and service building

Food and beverages (other than drinking water) are not allowed in the sauna, but can be enjoyed in the relaxation room or outside.

Aromatic oils and lotions are not allowed in the sauna.
Parking
There is zoned parking a short walk from the sauna. Payment can be made at a machine or by app (EasyPark). For more information about parking, visit www.hapark.no. Please note that parking outside Bunnpris and Byggern is reserved for their customers
